The Collaboration for Excellence
In October 2023, SHEPC received a $60K 2-year grant from the Laughing Gull Foundation to carry out the Collaboration for Excellence (CFE) program. The Collaboration for Excellence Program is an extension and expansion of the work that SHEPC has been doing to connect HEP practitioners in the Southeastern region. This program will enable SHEPC members to visit other member organizations seeking to improve program effectiveness and foster an environment of shared expertise and best practices throughout the higher education in prison (HEP) field across the southern region.
